Child Care Services
- Child Care Services is a subsidized program that helps low-income and other eligible families afford child care. Most parents pay a fee, depending on the size of their family and their income. The program is designed to help children from birth to age 12, and in certain circumstances from age 13 to 17. Daycare assistance may assist with full time, part time, before & after school care, as well as summer care.
- Subsidized child care services is a critical support for families who may be experiencing a crisis. These funds ensure that children are not left home alone but are in the care of a licensed provider while their parent or caretaker are at work. This program may be provided to a family in need of an intervention offered through child protective services or foster care services.
